Crunchy Parmesan Crusted Tilapia

This Crunchy Parmesan Crusted Tilapia makes for a quick weekday dinner. I served this with some roasted sweet potatoes and stuffed red peppers. You can add any vegetables you want to the baking pan and cook everything at once. I love one-pan meals.

You can substitute other types of white fish for the Tilapia but make sure it’s free of scales.

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375F. On a foil lined baking sheet, add the Tilapia. Spoon the ranch dressing over each of the pieces of fish. Be sure to spray the pan with a non-stick spray.

  2. In a small bowl, combine the parmesan cheese and bread crumbs.

  3. Spoon the bread crumb mix over the top of the fish.

  4. If you want, add other vegetables to your baking pan.

  5. Bake for about 35 minutes or until your fish is flaky and the vegetables are cooked.
