Grilled Blackened Catfish

CATFISHGrilled Blackened Catfish is an easy summer meal. I like to grill fish on top of foil so that it is easier to handle. I used Old Bay Seasoning but you can use any Cajun seasoning. The Old Bay isn’t super spicy so if you like your food spicier, try a Garlic Sriracha seasoning.

You can switch out the Catfish for Snapper or Swordfish, they are both mild, white fish that will grill well. I find Tilapia to be too soft to grill. If you go with Tilapia, try pan frying it instead of grilling.
