Sriracha Cauliflower Medley

SRICAULIFLOWER

Roasted Sriracha Cauliflower Medley is a little spicy, a little crispy and super tasty. For this vegetable medley, I added cauliflower, an orange bell pepper and a whole red onion. Garlic Sriracha seasoning has turned into one of my favorite seasoning mixes. It goes great on meat, fish, vegetables, even in a dip.

These vegetables would taste great mixed with pasta as a pasta salad as well.

Sriracha Cauliflower Medley

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375F. Line a baking sheet with foil. Add the empty pan to the oven to heat up while the oven is preheating. Wash the cauliflower and bell pepper.

  2. Chop the cauliflower. Don't make the pieces too small or they will fall apart when they are roasted. Add to a large mixing bowl.

  3. Chop the bell pepper. Add to the bowl with the cauliflower.

  4. Slice the red onion. Don't chop too small.

  5. Toss the vegetables with the oil. Generously sprinkle with Sriracha seasoning. Mix together.

  6. Add the breadcrumbs and mix together.

  7. Carefully remove the hot pan from the oven and pour the vegetables onto the pan. Spread them out on the pan then place it into the oven.

  8. Bake for around 40 minutes until the vegetables are browned and crispy. Remove from the oven.

  9. Place in a serving dish then serve while hot.
