Crispy Bacon Buttery Brussell Sprouts are a delicious, garlicky side dish that goes well with any meat. Add the bacon just before serving to keep it crispy. You can use fresh or frozen brussel sprouts. I used frozen for this dish since I prefer tiny brussel sprouts when I’m leaving them whole and the frozen ones tend to be smaller than the fresh.

Bring a large sauce pot of water to boil. Add the brussel sprouts, bring back to a boil and then cook for about 7-10 minutes, larger ones will take a little longer to cook. I prefer small brussel sprouts since they will be served whole. Once cooked, strain them and set aside.
Cook the bacon until crispy.
Place cooked bacon on some napkins to cool.
When the bacon is completely cool, break it apart into small pieces. Set aside.
Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
When it's mostly melted, add the drained brussel sprouts. Add the salt, pepper and garlic powder, Continue to cook, stirring every few minutes until they are slightly browned.
Add the buttered brussel sprouts to your serving dish. When you are ready to serve, toss in the bacon. Don't add the bacon too early or it might get soft.
