Holiday Spritz Cookies

SPRITZ

If you’re making a holiday cookie tray, Holiday Spritz Cookies make a colorful, fun addition. Spritz cookies are butter cookies so they go well with any toppings.

The cookie dough is pretty soft but firm enough to hold its form when it goes through a cookie press. If it’s too hard or soft, it will be difficult to work with so adjust your flour amount, if needed.

Some other holiday cookies you might try are Cranberry Orange White Chocolate Shortbread or one of my favorites, Italian Sesame Cookies.
