Roasted Peppers Baked Brie

briepeppersRoasted Peppers Baked Brie is a tasty appetizer. Take it out of the oven as your guests are arriving. Be sure to serve hot with some crusty bread or crackers.

When you buy Brie, there are double and triple cream varieties. The triple cream has a higher cream content so it is creamier than other varieties.
